notawiki is a static reference site. The site itself does not ask you to sign in and does not collect names, emails, or accounts. Your searches and filter choices are processed in your browser and, for convenience, saved only in your browser's local storage on your own device — they are never sent to us.

Cookies & local storage

The codex stores small preferences (last filter, view mode, recent lookups, cached data) in your browser's localStorage. These stay on your device and can be cleared any time via your browser settings.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics tool to count visits in aggregate (for example page views and referrers). This does not identify you individually.

Advertising

This site may display ads from third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense) to help cover hosting costs. When ads are enabled, those networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and — where required — based on your consent. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn about and opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info/choices.

Before serving ads to visitors in the EEA/UK, a consent management banner (CMP) must be added to satisfy GDPR/ePrivacy and Google's EU user consent policy. This is on the launch checklist and is not yet active.

Children

This site is a game reference and is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
